Project Description: Procured under strict financial limitations on both construction and overall programming of the site, this successful warden-assisted sheltered housing development for the elderly and frail elderly saw McCann Homes partner Paradigm Housing (formerly Chiltern Hundreds Housing Association). The scheme was a new build, delivered under a JCT Design & Build Contract.
It featured fourteen sheltered flats, one warden’s flat, plus common and ancillary rooms – a total of thirty bed-spaces at an average cost of £47,065 each.
