Our experience enables us to meet our clients’ needs for commercial development, whether these are stand alone projects or part of a mixed use development. Our recent commercial schemes have included retail units, local centres, schools, nursing homes, local employment estates, offices, a community centre and special needs centres. We have even developed our own office in Milton Keynes.
We are flexible in our approach and are able to incorporate mixed uses into a predominantly residential environment to help produce a successful land comprehensive scheme.
