Join the M1 at Junction 14 or the A5 which bisects the city; if travelling by bus, Stagecoach offers cross county services to Northampton, Bedford, Cambridge and Oxford. Milton Keynes Central station links the city to London (38 mins), Birmingham (60 mins) and the North East (2 hours); while the airports of Luton, Birmingham and Heathrow are all within easy reach.

Monkston Park is situated next to the Ouzel Valley Linear Park, one of Milton Keynes’many green spaces whose managed parks, woodlands, lakes and meandering rivers provide a fantastic backdrop to the life of the new city. Take a quiet evening stroll discover the River Ouzel close to Chancellors Grange or Grand Union Canal on the far side of the village of Woughton-on-the Green. Further afield you can reach Willen Lake to the north and Caldecotte Lake to the south.

Opposite Chancellors Grange will be the new local centre, for all your everyday needs. For more intense shopping, the centre:mk and Midsummer Place feature the finest in retail therapy, notably Debenhams, M&S, John Lewis, House of Fraser and up to 230 other stores.
