Kitchens Thoughtfully designed kitchens, chosen from our range of distinctive options with laminate upstands to work surfaces. Each of the apartments is to be fitted with a single oven, gas hob and telescopic extractor hood, together with a fully integrated washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Bathrooms All bathroom suites will be white with chrome fittings. En-suites will have a shower fed from a direct mains pressure cylinder. Wall Tiling A wide choice is available from the Porcelanosa range. Bathrooms and en-suites are half tiled to walls containing sanitaryware and fully tiled in shower areas. Central Heating Each home will have a gas fired central heating system. Electrical A generous supply of power points, lights, as well as BT and TV points are provided throughout. All appliances in the kitchen will be wired back to a named grid switch. There are recessed downlighters to the kitchen, bathroom, en-suite and hallway and a shaver socket will be provided to the bathroom. Doors Both front doors and internal doors are of a two-panel design with chrome furniture. |
Ceilings All provided with a traditionally smooth finish painted white, with convex cornice to all rooms except kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites. Decoration All internal walls are to be finished in white, with the internal woodwork and doors in white gloss. Windows All windows to be sealed double glazed units, finished in white hi-build paint. Insulation All McCann homes are designed to high energy efficiency standards using the government approved National Energy Rating Scheme. External walls, floors and roof spaces are fully insulated to the latest NHBC regulations. Security Each apartment will be wired to take a key and entry/exit alarm system and will also be provided with an entry phone system. Smoke detectors will be provided to all floors. Garden Communal areas will be turfed and landscaped in accordance with the approved landscaping plan. |
